Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply to recurring products, memberships, access plans, or services offered by Alpha Theta Nu. They supplement the Terms of Service and plan details shown before purchase.

The plan does not automatically renew unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Continued access may require a new purchase or affirmative renewal.

You authorize us and our processor to store a payment token and charge recurring fees, taxes, shipping, and disclosed add-ons. We generally do not store complete card numbers.

Billing dates may shift slightly because of weekends, time zones, processing, failed payments, plan changes, or calendar differences.

No free or discounted trial is offered unless a plan page says otherwise.

We provide renewal reminders when required by law or stated at signup. Otherwise, checkout and account information describe the recurring nature, price, and cancellation method.

Cancel through the account dashboard or by contacting admin@alphathetanu.network.

Cancellation must be completed before the next renewal is processed to avoid the next charge.

Unless stated otherwise, access continues through the paid period and then ends.

Completed subscription charges are generally nonrefundable unless required by law, caused by billing error, or covered by a written guarantee.

Unused time is not generally prorated or refunded unless required by law or stated for a specific plan.

If payment fails, we or our processor may retry the charge, request an updated method, or provide a grace period.

Access, shipments, services, or benefits may be paused or suspended until overdue amounts are paid. Continued failure may result in cancellation and collection of lawful amounts owed.

Pauses are not generally available unless offered for a particular plan.

Plan changes may take effect immediately or on the next renewal. Prorated charges, credits, feature changes, or loss of grandfathered pricing will be shown before confirmation where feasible.

We may change prices with advance notice required by law or plan terms. The new price applies to a future renewal, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

We may terminate or refuse renewal for nonpayment, fraud, abuse, policy violations, legal or safety concerns, discontinued plans, or misuse of benefits. Where appropriate and legally required, we provide notice and a refund or credit for undelivered prepaid benefits.
