Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies to eligible purchases from Alpha Theta Nu, including the products and services shown at checkout. Product descriptions, checkout disclosures, service agreements, and mandatory consumer law may provide additional or different rights.

Unless a product-specific rule states otherwise, an eligible request must be submitted within 14 days beginning on the applicable purchase or delivery date. Submission within the window does not guarantee approval; condition, access status, reason, proof, and exclusions will be reviewed.

Nonreturnable categories may include opened hygiene or personal-care goods, perishables, gift cards, downloaded content after access, custom goods, hazardous materials, clearance items marked final sale, and products restricted by law.

Sale and promotional items follow the same eligibility rules unless clearly marked final sale.

Customers generally pay return shipping unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. Trackable shipping and insurance are recommended.

No restocking fee applies unless disclosed for a particular item or return condition.

Direct exchanges are not guaranteed. An approved refund or store credit may be issued so a new order can be placed.

Report problems within 7 days after delivery and keep the item and packaging until instructions are provided.

Include the order number, a description, and photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and damage or defect when reasonably available.

Depending on the facts, we may repair, replace, resend, issue credit, refund the affected amount, or provide another remedy required by law.

Approved refunds are normally issued by the original payment method. Processing generally takes 5–10 business days after approval, though banks and processors may require additional time.

Original shipping, expedited shipping, service fees, duties, and other nonrecoverable costs may be nonrefundable unless the order was defective, incorrect, canceled before fulfillment, or law requires otherwise.
